Shipping

Shipping costs are as follows:

 

England & Wales- Set Rate £12.95

Scottish Low & Midlands- Set Rate £19.95

Scottish Highlands- Set Rate £24.95

 

London ULEZ Zones- Additional £1.25 ontop of England & Wales Set Rate.

Set Postcodes have been set for ULEZ Zones, just enter your postcode and the appropriate charge will be applied.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery, and there are some postcode exceptions in the Scottish Highlands.

Deliveries will be every Thursday.

Orders need to be in on Tuesdays by 5pm

Orders are collected from us on Wednesdays, to complete next day delivery service.

 

If orders are placed too late for the Thursday delivery, I will send them out for the next available delivery day, which in most cases will be the following Thursday.

Alternatively, you can order up to 3 weeks in advance online, please select which Thursday delivery day you would like your delivery on.

 

On weeks I am unable to complete your order I will allocate it to the next available delivery day, I will do my upmost to inform you of any delivery change as soon as possible.

We offer nationwide delivery within the UK, including most of England, Wales, and Scotland. However, certain Scottish Highland postcodes may be excluded from delivery.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address before dispatch, as we are unable to retrieve deliveries once they leave our premises.

It is crucial to provide the correct delivery address before dispatch. If you notice an error, please inform us as soon as possible before your order is shipped. If the wrong address is provided and the package has already been dispatched, we are unable to retrieve it, and no refund will be issued.

Payments

Payments are taken through the website, using Stripe.

No cash payments or direct bank transfers are accepted.

Payment must be approved and accepted by us before we can fulfil your order.

My Order

All items are delivered Frozen.

 

All items are fresh frozen, ensuring you have the products at their freshest and highest quality.

All items are butchered, prepared and frozen on delivery to the premises, and have  a 6 month freezer date applied.

 

Products are delivered in Double walled insulated boxes, with Wool wrap cool pack and Ice packs, ensuring your items stay frozen on their travels to you.

You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our selection of meats, adding items to your cart, and completing the checkout process. Be sure to enter accurate shipping information to ensure smooth delivery.

Yes, you can cancel your order. However, cancellations must be made before 5pm on Tuesday before your scheduled Thursday delivery date. Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded.

If you have any issues with your order, please email us at mia.raisethesteaks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.

If you experience any issues with the quality of your product, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
