All of our Beef products are from Pure- bred Aberdeen Angus Cattle direct from the farm, within 2 miles of Raise The Steaks!
The Herd belongs to Mike and Kerry Bradshaw, and is located in Polstead, Suffolk.
The Herd is completely Free- Range, grazing across multiple acres of lush grass all year round, giving an extremely rich flavour profile to all of our Beef products.
On occasion we supplement the herds feed with Silage in the fields, if its needed, during wet, cold seasons, all of which is cut from the other un-grazed acres from the farm during the summer, so it is accessible to the cattle when needed.
There are truly no food miles for our Cattle, or their food sources! Just loads of miles worth of fields for them to roam.
All of our Beef is hung and aged for 21 days, leaving our steaks for a further 7-14 days with Himalayan salt blocks to help with the dry ageing process.
All of our Burgers are made with our unique season blends and are all pressed by hand!
We hand select which trim we use from our carcasses, using only the finest and leanest trim in our Burgers, helping them to stay succulent and full of flavour.
