All of our Lambs come from farms in Colchester.
Allowed to roam freely across acres of countryside, they are left to naturally grow and mature over time, enhancing the flavour and quality of our Lamb products.
Completely grass fed and holding a full bodied flavour, our Lamb is sure to enhance your dishes.
We source Spring Lamb when in season, around April/May time, which holds a more milky, mild taste, but is still beautiful and full of flavour.
All of our Burgers are made with our unique season blends and are all pressed by hand!
We hand select which trim we use from our carcasses, using only the finest and leanest trim in our Burgers, helping them to stay succulent and full of flavour.
