Shoulder of Pork Joint

All of our Pork comes from our Large Saddleback, Gloucestershire Old Spot and Tamworth Pigs, direct from the farm.

The pigs belong to Mike & Kerry Bradshaw, and are located in Polstead, Suffolk.

We follow a strict diet of Vegetables, Pig conditioning feed, and fattening cubes which help in the pigs final weeks to create a nice firm layer of fat across the pigs backs.

They have plenty of room to roam, in large sheltered huts, protecting them from the elements, and always giving them somewhere warm and comfy to lay. They enjoy picking through the straw and foraging feed that has been given to them, keeping them active during the day and ensuring they remain mobile and happy.
