All of our Bacon is made using our high welfare pigs from the farm, and is cured in house.
We use a unique blend of curing salts, mixed with herbs and spices to create our much loved Bacon flavours, including our highly commended Season Cure (Black pepper, Light brown sugar & Coriander), Guinness & Treacle and Cumin & Thyme Lomo Bacon (which is really quite spectacular!)
We smoke all of our own Bacon, using a mixture of Cherry, Oak & Hickory chips, along with Whiskey Barrel chips at Christmas time!
All Bacon is cut on a slicer by hand, meaning we have more control over the thickness of our Bacon products. It also adds that personal touch that every slice has been prepared, home cured, sliced, packaged & labelled by us.
